Carla Lopes held various roles in quality management and consulting throughout her career. Carla worked as a Quality Manager at NEC Portugal and CEiiA, and served as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at Critical Software. From 2017 to 2018, Carla was a Business Process Developer at Vestas, and in 2022, Carla became the Head of Quality Compliance at D-Orbit. Carla also gained experience as an Independent Consultant and Trainer, assisting organizations in improving their quality and agility practices. Carla holds a high degree from the Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto, complemented by a pedagogical certification from Certform.
