Renato Panesi

Renato Panesi is the founder and CCO of D-Orbit. Prior to this, they interned at the Lunar Science Institute at NASA Ames Research Center from January to May 2010, where they were responsible for establishing relationships and partnerships with international institutions and organizations active in the field of lunar science. From May 2003 to December 2015, they worked as the Asia - Oceania - Pacific Area Manager for Oto Melara a Finmeccanica Company, where they were responsible for marketing and sales.

Renato Panesi has a certificate in Technology Entrepreneurship from Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business. Renato also has a Fulbright BEST scholarship from Fulbright Italy. Additionally, they have a PhD in Aerospace Engineering - Flight Mechanics/Dynamics from Università di Pisa and a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Università di Pisa.

They are on a team with Caterina Cazzola - Head of Communications, Lorenzo Ferrario - CTO, and Stefano Antonetti - VP of Business Development. Renato Panesi reports to Luca Rossettini, Founder & CEO.
