Simone Fiorenti is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in robotics and product management. Currently serving as the Head of Robotic Systems Engineering at D-Orbit since September 2024, Simone formerly held the position of Product Manager at e-Shock from September 2023 to August 2024. Prior roles include Technical Lead at YAPE from October 2018 to February 2024 and Project Manager and Control Engineer at e-Novia from November 2015 to September 2018. Early career experiences include serving as a Visiting Scholar at The Ohio State University in 2012 and as a Technician at Tessitura Boselli & C S.p.A. from September 2005 to May 2006. Simone holds a Ph.D. in Vehicle Dynamics Analysis and Control from Politecnico di Milano, along with a Master of Science in Automation Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in the same field from the same institution.
