Samkele Mbusi

Samkele Mbusi is currently the Site Infrastructure Manager at D-ploy GmbH, where they oversee onsite IT infrastructure operations at Alcon Laboratories in South Africa. Samkele manages various IT infrastructure tasks, ensures service level agreement adherence, and acts as a key liaison between Alcon and D-ploy. Previously, they held positions as an ICT Officer at BeyondZero and a Junior Developer at Automated Outsourcing Services, among other roles, where they developed technical skills in system support, troubleshooting, and technical assistance. Samkele earned a National Diploma in Information Technology: Communication Networks from Walter Sisulu University.
