D-Upside is a food-tech platform redefining the host kitchen model by putting quality, freshness, and brand integrity at its core.

Unlike traditional host kitchen concepts that optimise for speed and low-cost, ultra-processed food, D-Upside partners with high-quality food brands to build scalable host kitchen concepts that deliver restaurant-level food through digital channels. Our focus is on fresh ingredients, strong culinary identity, and operational excellence, proving that delivery food does not have to compromise on quality.

Launched in April 2025, D-Upside has already validated its model through two live, operating brands:

Poke na Praia – our flagship gourmet poke bowl concept based in Estoril, built around premium produce, bold flavour combinations, and a strong coastal brand identity.

Pizza Lolo – an authentic Italian pizza brand focused on traditional recipes, quality dough, and top-tier local ingredients.

Our brands are developed in close collaboration with experienced local chefs and best-in-class Portuguese suppliers, ensuring authenticity, consistency, and freshness at scale.

This approach is particularly relevant in Portugal, where consumers eat the lowest levels of processed food in Europe and consistently prioritise ingredient quality, freshness, and value for money. D-Upside is built to meet this demand—bringing high-quality food brands into a tech-enabled, asset-light host kitchen model designed for growth.

With multiple new brands in development, D-Upside is building a portfolio of scalable, premium food concepts designed for expansion.

D-Upside is where food quality meets scalable food-tech.
