John Garrett

John Garrett is currently serving as a Senior Microwave Communication Designer at D-Wave since September 2022. Prior to this role, John was a Submillimeter Array Fellow at the Center for Astrophysics | Harvard & Smithsonian from October 2019 to September 2022. John's previous experience includes working as a Postdoctoral Research Assistant at the University of Oxford from September 2018 to July 2019. John holds a Doctor of Philosophy (DPhil) degree in Astronomy and Astrophysics from the University of Oxford, a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Electrical Engineering with Biomedical Option from the University of Alberta.
