Shayan Tanba

Shayan Tanba, SBL, BBA, PMP®, serves as a Senior Aquatic Leader with the City of Coquitlam since February 2015, specializing in lifeguard and first aid training, and successfully managing various city events. Previous experience includes roles as a Production Planner at RST Instruments Ltd. and as a Sustainable Project Manager at Enactus BCIT, where Shayan led a team in sustainability initiatives and secured accolades at regional competitions. Currently, Shayan holds positions as a Junior Project Manager and Administrative Coordinator at D-Wave, contributing to research and development in quantum computing. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Global Business, a Diploma in Sustainable Business Leadership, and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, all obtained from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
