Jack Raymond

Jack Raymond is a Principal Algorithms Researcher at D-Wave since January 2014, specializing in algorithms for annealing quantum processing units (QPUs) and their applications, architecture, and competitive technologies. Prior experience includes a postdoctoral research position at Sapienza Università di Roma from October 2010 to December 2013, focusing on statistical physics and graphical method inference. Additionally, Jack held research roles at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Aston University, The University of Edinburgh, and was a Wellcome Trust scholar at Freeman Hospital. Jack possesses a PhD in Physics, Applied Mathematics from Aston University and a Master's Degree in Mathematical Physics from The University of Edinburgh.
