John Garrett is a Staff Cryogenic RF Engineer at D-Wave since September 2022, leading the upgrade of the cryogenic I/O system in collaboration with various teams. Previously, John served as a Submillimeter Array Fellow at the Center for Astrophysics | Harvard & Smithsonian from October 2019 to September 2022, where responsibilities included designing a 345 GHz receiver and developing low-noise analog control systems. Prior to this role, John was a Postdoctoral Research Assistant at the University of Oxford, focusing on a 900 GHz receiver test system.
