Kyle Whidden

Kyle Whidden has a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in various roles within different companies. Kyle started their career as an Internal Audit Intern at Cymer in 2007. In 2009, they became an Audit Senior at EY, where they eventually progressed to Assurance Manager and then Assurance Senior Manager. At Steven L GIlsdorf, CPA, they worked as an Intern before moving on to Predictive Technology Group Inc, where they served as the Director of Financial Reporting. Kyle then joined Shift as the Director of SEC Reporting, and later became the Corporate Controller. Currently, they are the VP of Corporate Controller at D-Wave, which they joined in 2023.

Kyle Whidden received their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree with a major in Accounting and a minor in Biochemistry & Molecular Biophysics from the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management, from 2005 to 2009. Kyle also holds a certification as an Accountant/Certified Public Accountant from the Utah Board of Accountancy, which was obtained in November 2017. Additionally, they have a certification as a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive) from the California Board of Accountancy, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
