Todd Wade

Todd Wade has a strong background in information security and risk management. Todd currently holds the position of Director of Information Security and Risk at d1g1t Inc. Todd is responsible for overseeing all aspects of information security and risk within the company.

Before joining d1g1t Inc., Todd worked at Paywith, where they held two roles. First, they served as the Head of Information Security and Compliance, where they developed and implemented security and compliance programs. Todd successfully implemented the PCI DSS frameworks. Later, Todd held the position of IT and Security Manager, where they focused on implementing security controls over the company's cloud infrastructure and managed the SOC2 framework implementation and audit.

Prior to their time at Paywith, Todd worked at the Greater Vancouver Community Credit Union. At the credit union, they held the role of IT Manager, where they were responsible for planning, organizing, and executing all IT functions. This included managing system projects, training, support initiatives, and overseeing the IT team. Before becoming IT Manager, Todd served as an Information Systems Officer, where they were involved in various IT tasks.

Overall, Todd Wade has extensive experience in information security, risk management, compliance, and IT management.

Todd Wade attended the British Columbia Institute of Technology from 2004 to 2006, where they studied Business Administration. Before that, from 2003 to 2004, they attended The University of British Columbia and focused on Network Administration and Security, specializing in Microsoft Infrastructure, Cisco, and Linux. Additionally, they obtained a certification in CompTIA Security+ in March 2018 from CompTIA.
