Quintin Jessee

VP of Specialty Services at D2 Consulting

Quintin Jessee has over 25 years’ experience in pharmacy and pharmacy operations. Mr. Jessee attended Ohio Northern University with the attainment of a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy. He also served on the faculty of The Ohio State University School of Pharmacy as a professor of Medication Error Reduction and FMEA analysis and taught students medication error prevention techniques and strategies.

He was the former Vice President of Operations for BioScrip Pharmacy. He had responsibility for the complete management and oversight of the Columbus Pharmacy and PBM Operational Facility, which was the central hub for a majority of the business products/disease segments. Other positions with BioScrip included serving as Director of Quality Assurance and Training, Pharmacist-in- Charge and Special Projects Manager. He was in charge of facility accreditations and CQI program management as well as Sarbanes Oxley audits.

​Mr. Jessee specializes in accreditation support (URAC, ACHC, Joint Commission, VAWD, VIPPS, DMEPOS, etc.), as well as Specialty Pharmacy Management and Strategy. In addition, Mr. Jessee serves as a contributing editor for Specialty Pharmacy Times where he has published and coauthored several articles in the areas of specialty pharmacy operations and accreditation.

​Mr. Jessee volunteers with the Franklin County Disaster Relief Team to assist with Pandemics and other natural disaster relief. He also serves as a mentor to 3rd year pharmacy students at Ohio Northern University School of Pharmacy. Mr. Jessee is a Registered Pharmacist in Ohio and Tennessee and currently resides in Columbus, Ohio.
