Graeme Clarke

Graeme Clarke has over a decade of experience in the utilities sector, beginning as a Design Manager at Balfour Beatty Utility Solutions from April 2009 to March 2014, where responsibilities included overseeing design processes. From April 2014 to April 2019, Graeme served as a Utilities Project Manager at WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff in the UK, managing various utility projects. Since April 2019, Graeme has held the position of Utilities Manager at D2, leading utility management initiatives. Graeme Clarke holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Design Technology from Liverpool John Moores University, earned between 1994 and 1997.
