Drew Bourassa

Drew Bourassa is an experienced operations and management professional currently serving as Vice President of Inventory and Category Management at D2G Group since January 2025. Previously, Drew held multiple roles at Dragonfly, including COO and Director of Operations, where responsibilities included managing daily operations and driving growth strategies for a portfolio of over two dozen e-commerce brands. At Wayfair, Drew advanced to Head of North American Incidents Prevention, overseeing a significant operational cost reduction strategy, and also served as Associate Director for CastleGate Fulfillment Operations, where Drew optimized warehousing and fulfillment processes. Earlier experience includes a project lead role at Stroud International, focusing on process improvements in manufacturing and operations, and an academic background in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University.
