Michael Meyer

Michael Meyer has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Michael is currently the VP of Engineering for TrueMask(R) products at D2S, Inc. Michael previously worked as a Principal at the Center for Deep Learning in Electronics Manufacturing (CDLe) and as a Principal specializing in Deep Learning at D2S, Inc. Before that, they were self-employed and exploring new areas. Prior to that, they held several positions at Cadence Design Systems, including Fellow - IPG (CTO/Systems & Software), Fellow - IPG VIP, Fellow - System Level Design (SLD), and VP R&D - C-to-Silicon. Michael also worked as a Consultant and held various roles at Sonics, Inc., including VP of Engineering and Director of Software Development. Michael started their career at SDA Systems as a Member of Technical Staff, where they developed tools for PLA design and optimization. Overall, their work experience spans a range of technical roles and managerial positions, with a focus on deep learning, high-level synthesis, and system-level design in the electronics manufacturing industry.

Michael Meyer earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they attended from 1976 to 1979. Michael later pursued their Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University, from 1980 to 1981.
