Matthew Warshaw is the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of D3: Designs, Data, Decisions, where they lead a global team and oversee research projects across more than 150 countries. With over twenty-five years of experience in social science research, they specialize in public opinion surveys, impact evaluations, and building research capacity in conflict environments. Warshaw is also the Managing Director of ACSOR Surveys, Afghanistan's first full-service market research firm, and has held roles in various international research organizations. An alumnus of American University with a degree in International Relations, they serve as Chair of the Board of Advisors for the Dean of the School of International Service.
