Lead / Principal Programmer

Paul Connor is a seasoned programmer with extensive experience in the video game industry, having worked for notable companies including Framestore CFC, Ninja Theory Ltd, TT Games Ltd, and currently d3t. Paul's roles have evolved from Render Support at Framestore CFC to Lead Tools Programmer on the award-winning title 'Heavenly Sword' at Ninja Theory. At TT Games, Paul contributed as a Senior Programmer on the successful LEGO video game series and later took on the role of Associate Head of Game Mechanics, leading a large programming team. Since 2020, Paul has also co-founded Litter Networks, a grassroots environmental initiative, serving as Creative & Technical Director while establishing innovative technical systems. Paul holds a Master's degree in Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
