The Digital Adoption Advisor Council (DAA Council) is a global industry body helping shape the future of measurable enterprise adoption, operational governance, and transformation value assurance.

The Council brings together leading practitioners, programme leaders, transformation specialists, and enterprise operators from major organisations and consulting firms worldwide to define emerging standards for measurable adoption and operational value at scale.

Built on collaboration rather than competition, the Council operates as a strategic peer network focused on advancing the discipline beyond enablement and change activity toward accountable operational and economic outcomes.

Through shared frameworks, governance models, operational insight, and measurable value methodologies, the Council is helping institutionalise digital adoption and operational value governance as recognised enterprise disciplines.

Its broader mission is to establish measurable adoption, behavioural intelligence, and operational value assurance as fundamental components of modern enterprise transformation governance.
