Zsofia Nemeth

Zsofia Nemeth currently serves as Chief People Officer at DAALab since November 2023, focusing on establishing a comprehensive people system to support the company’s rapid growth in the data science sector. Prior to this, Zsofia held significant roles at Roche from September 2019 to November 2023, including People and Culture Partner Hungary and Chief People and Culture Officer, where responsibilities included driving transformation for better patient outcomes and implementing global HR strategies. Previous experience includes roles at Molson Coors as HR Business Partner, providing leadership and talent development, and various HR consulting projects with Y2Y. Zsofia's foundational HR experience began at Budapest Bank, Nilfisk, and E.ON Hungária Zrt., contributing to organizational development, performance management, and talent acquisition initiatives. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Organization Development from Corvinus University of Budapest and accreditation as a Certified Business Coach.
