Dabalox provides AI support designed for the practical reality of the UK home energy transition.

The gap between a technical survey and a successful heat pump installation is often filled with repetitive, time consuming communication. We bridge that gap by providing delivery teams with the tools to manage complex conversations at scale.

Our Leadership: The company is led by Founder Caroline Bowen, has deep commercial strategy experience, alongside CTO Chris Arnold, a four time founder and seasoned technical lead. Together, they combine sector insight with a track record of building robust, scalable technology.

We provide operational support for:

🔥Heat Pump Installers: Empowering field teams with instant technical info and reducing office overheads.

🔥Retrofit Coordinators: Ensuring consistency across multi stakeholder decarbonisation projects.

🔥Community Energy Groups: Helping local advisors deliver accurate, confidence building advice.

🔥Social Housing Teams: Supporting resident engagement and tenant satisfaction.

We believe that information should be accessible to everyone, regardless of how they process data. Dabalox is built for the physical workforce. These are the people who prefer being on site rather than behind a screen. By using AI to handle technical documentation and repetitive queries, we allow teams to focus on the work that matters.

Backed by Bethnal Green Ventures, Dabalox supports both text and image based logic. We ensure that field teams and residents have a clear, consistent point of reference throughout the entire retrofit journey.
