Rob Bayer

Rob Bayer currently serves as the Director of Contact Center Operations at DaBella since January 2025. Prior to this role, Rob held several prominent positions at Anomaly Squared, including President and Chief Operations Officer, where leadership encompassed corporate operations, sales, and HR teams to meet KPIs and SLAs. Other significant roles include Vice President of Sales and Operations and Vice President of Operations, focusing on strategic planning and daily management of personnel. At Residential Programs, Inc., Rob was the VP of Sales and Call Center Operations, overseeing full P&L responsibility for four call centers and managing a large workforce. Previous positions also include Director of Sales and Call Center Operations at Jak Productions Inc. and National Operations Manager at Millennium Teleservices, directing operations across multiple centers in North America. Rob's early experience includes serving as a Specialist in the US Army Reserves as a combat medic. Rob studied at Ohio Valley University from 1993 to 1996.
