Stuart Herman

Stuart Herman has over fifteen years of experience in human resources and compliance. Stuart is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at DaBella, a home improvement company headquartered in Oregon. Previously, they served as the HR Director and Legal Counsel for E Technologies Group, an IT company based in Florida. In that role, Stuart was responsible for overseeing the company's compliance with state and federal employment laws. Stuart also provided legal guidance to the company's employees on a variety of issues, including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.

Before joining E Technologies Group, Stuart worked as a business analyst and compliance officer for Montoya and Associates, an insurance brokerage and financial advisory firm. In that role, they conducted comprehensive analysis of legislation and regulatory directives to provide accurate advice and guidance for clients across a range of compliance-related issues.

Stuart began their career as a legal extern for the Jacksonville Human Rights Commission, where they created written legal analysis for employment discrimination cases in response to charges filed against respondent employers for EEOC Fair Employment Practices Agency. Stuart also served as an NCAA compliance extern for Jacksonville University. In that role, they assisted with the development and implementation of the university's compliance program.

After graduating from law school, Stuart worked as an HR administrator for Fujicolor Processing, a Japanese-owned photo processing company. In that role, they were responsible for handling a wide range of HR-related duties, including benefits administration, payroll, and employee relations.

Stuart Herman has a JD from Florida Coastal School of Law, a BA in Business Admin and Sport Mgmt from Baldwin Wallace University, and a certification in Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.

They are on a team with Scott Hulsey - General Manager, Jeffrey Vargas - General Manager, and Travis Maffey - General Manager. Stuart Herman reports to Donnie McMillan, CEO.
