Catherine Hoffman is an experienced professional with a diverse background in program management, sales, and community service. Currently serving as a Regional Program Manager at DABS, Inc. since May 2023, Catherine previously worked as a Job Developer at tkMomentum, focusing on training and job placement for unemployed individuals with disabilities. Catherine’s prior roles include ILS Instructor at A.I.M. and Associates, Volunteer & Intake Manager at Seniors First & Meals on Wheels, and various sales positions at Office Depot, Encompass, Best Version Media, and Staples Business Advantage. Catherine earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from California State University-Sacramento and holds an Associate’s Degree in Social Sciences from Mission College.

The DABS standard was set in 2005 when the founder worked with our first consumer 24/7, eventually helping a mother and son share an uninterrupted meal together for the first time. From that point on, our staff has been helping intellectually disabled people live lives of dignity in their own homes and become active participants in their communities.
