Kumar Niraj

Kumar Niraj is an accomplished HR professional with over 24 years of experience in various sectors, currently serving as the Unit HR Head at Dabur India Limited since December 2006, overseeing HR functions for a large manufacturing location with an annual turnover of approximately 1600 Crores and a workforce of around 1500 employees. Prior to this, Kumar held the position of Regional HR Head at Murugappa Group from September 2005 to November 2006, managing HR processes for the West Region. Additional experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner at Coca Cola India from April 2004 to September 2005 and as an HR Officer at Hindustan Unilever Ltd from January 1999 to April 2004, where significant contributions were made in a unionized environment. Kumar holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a certification from SOIL.
