Megha Pant is an experienced professional in the field of pest management and technology, currently serving as a Technology Expert at Dabur India Limited since March 2024. Prior to this role, Megha was an R&D Executive at Reckitt Benckiser from October 2019 to March 2024 and worked as an Entomologist at International Panaacea Ltd. from October 2017 to October 2019. Megha also held the position of Senior Research Fellow at Gurgaon from December 2008 to September 2017, focusing on developing environmentally friendly pesticide formulations using botanicals. Megha completed a PhD at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, from June 2013 to June 2017, where research involved creating bio-pesticidal formulations from biodiesel byproducts.
