Adrian Nicos

Adrian Nicos has a diverse range of work experience spanning from 2008 to 2018. Adrian began their career in ASP.Net Practice at COREX Soluciones Informaticas as part of the Erasmus program. Adrian then worked as a C++ Programmer at TRon before joining PointSource, LLC as a Flex Developer for the IntelligentEHS project.

In 2010, Adrian transitioned to Casus Finanse Sp. z o.o., where they worked as a Java Developer until 2012. Adrian then joined Young Digital Planet as a Technical Team Lead, overseeing the yPublisher project and later transitioning to the role of Solutions Architect for the Didactus project.

Adrian also gained experience as a System Architect at LPP S.A., where they were responsible for the maintenance and development of online stores. Adrian later worked as a Trainer, providing software testing and MongoDB training for external companies, including Gdańsk University of Technology and BetterSolutions.

In their most recent role at DAC, Adrian served as a Solutions Architect. Adrian was responsible for the design and implementation of auto-scalable server infrastructure for the Oculo project, as well as the design and implementation of a Smart City System.

Throughout their various roles, Adrian demonstrated skills in software development, team management, requirement analysis, and infrastructure design. Adrian utilized technologies such as Python, C++, Angular, and Kubernetes in their work.

Adrian Nicos completed their education in a chronological order. Adrian started their academic journey in 2004 at PWSZ University in Nysa, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Information Technology with a specialization in Computer Science in 2008. Adrian further pursued their education at the same university and earned another BSc degree in Computer Science in Medicine from 2005 to 2009.

Afterward, Adrian Nicos attended the University of Technology "Politechnika Wrocławska" in Wroclaw from 2009 to 2012. Here, they completed their Master's thesis in the field of Software Engineering.

In terms of certifications, Adrian Nicos obtained the Oracle Certified Professional, Java Programmer (Standard Edition 6) certification in February 2013 from the Oracle certification program.
