Gary Carter is the Chairman and Founder of Dac Systems. Prior to that, Gary was a Divisional Manager at Teklogic, where Gary specialized in military software development. Gary holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of the Witwatersrand, as well as an Engineer’s Degree in Elec Eng from the same institution. Gary completed their high school education at St Stithians College, where Gary studied Physical Science, Maths, Add Maths, Biology, Geography, English, and Afrikaans.
