Bobby Battle

Bobby Battle is an experienced Application Engineer at DAC, Inc. since August 2018, serving as a high-level point of escalation for technical issues within the Engineering department and participating as an application expert in discussions regarding IT and information security. Prior to this role, Bobby was a Sr. Service Support Specialist, leading the Service Support Team and developing training policies and procedures while addressing technical and customer issues. Bobby's career at DAC, Inc. began as a Service Support Specialist, where first and second level support was provided for both external and internal technical issues, and documentation was drafted for various stakeholders. Bobby holds a High School Diploma from Cahokia High School, earned in June 2010.
