Daniel Klöckner

Head of Customer Service AMER/EMEA at dacadoo

Daniel Klöckner has worked in various roles since 2007. Daniel began their career as a Senior Process Engineer at Oerlikon Esec AG, where they were responsible for analyzing and abstracting process flows, identifying optimization potential, creating definitions, and developing requirements. In 2011, they moved to Esec AG, where they held the role of Senior Product Engineer. Daniel'sresponsibilities included market strategy, product definition, and supporting the Technical Support and Head of Product Line in the definition of the product strategy. From 2013 to 2015, they worked at Besi Switzerland AG (formerly Esec) as an Expert Product Manager, where they were the Scrum Chief Product Owner of two software teams, the Scrum Product Owner of one software team, and had module responsibility for software and hardware within the Technical Product Management for multiple machine modules. In 2015, they took on the role of Weltreisender, and in 2016 they joined dacadoo as Head of Customer Service AMER/EMEA and Head of Professional Services. Finally, in 2018, they became a Technical Project Manager at dacadoo.

Daniel Klöckner obtained a Diplom in Physik from RWTH Aachen University between 2001 and 2007. Daniel also spent one year at Harvard University studying Physik in 2006. In 2013, they were certified as a Scrum Product Owner by the Scrum Alliance. Daniel also obtained the certification for Marketingdenken für Techniker und Ingenieure.
