Catherine Uhl

Catherine UHL is an experienced Learning and Development Manager currently leading initiatives at DACHSER since May 2019, focusing on training policy construction and financial optimization in France. Responsibilities include managing a team, developing blended-learning paths for managers, implementing training reforms, and enhancing digital tools for content creation. Prior to DACHSER, Catherine held various roles at PPG Industries from 2008 to 2019, where responsibilities included defining training axes and managing the training plan in collaboration with HR. Additionally, at SigmaKalon France from 2000 to 2008, Catherine was involved in human resources management, recruitment, and performance evaluations. Catherine began a career in recruitment at Horton International from 1998 to 2000. Educational credentials include a degree in Human Resource Management from Burgundy School of Business and a Master of Science in Personnel Management from Aston Business School.
