Jan Bender

Jan Bender has over 20 years of experience in logistics and compliance, currently serving as the Department Head of Foreign Trade Compliance at DACHSER since July 2005. In addition to this role, Jan has held positions as Corporate Compliance & Risk Manager, Compliance & Process Manager, and Assistant to the Managing Director within the same organization. Prior to joining DACHSER, Jan worked as a Trainee and Charter Broker at Schenker Deutschland AG and Karpeles Schenker Ltd. Jan Bender holds a Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on logistics from DHBW Mannheim, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (B.A. Hons.) from Open University London.
