Jochen Rauscher

Jochen Rauscher is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in personnel management and development. Since June 2015, Jochen has been the Human Resources Manager at DACHSER SE, overseeing operational personnel management, recruiting, project management, payroll, and training. Previously, from September 2008 to May 2015, Jochen served as the Head of Human Resources at Rieber GmbH & Co. KG, managing human resource planning, HR reporting, personnel cost planning, and employee development for approximately 600 employees across multiple companies. Jochen's career also includes a significant tenure at Putzmeister Deutschland from August 1986 to August 2008 as Team Leader of Personnel Management and Training. Jochen holds qualifications in personnel management from IHK Esslingen, and has additional certifications in training competence from IHK Nürtingen, along with an industrial management degree from Putzmeister AG.
