Däckverket is a Swedish ownership group of independently run tyre service workshops.

We bring together well-managed, profitable workshops with strong local leadership and long-standing customer relationships. Each business continues to operate under its own management, close to customers, employees and everyday decisions.

Däckverket is not a chain and not a franchise. We do not rebrand workshops or centralise day-to-day operations. Our role is to support the people who already know their business best.

The group focuses primarily on private customers and recurring demand, particularly through tyre hotel services. In parallel, several of our workshops serve heavy vehicles, construction and agricultural customers, where reliability and operational competence are critical.

Our central organisation is deliberately small. It exists to support the workshops in areas where shared structure adds value over time, such as operational improvement initiatives, process development, digital tools and structured knowledge-sharing between owners and managers.

An important part of our model is long-term alignment. Sellers are offered the opportunity to reinvest, and employees can participate through a co-investment programme. We believe that shared ownership creates continuity, responsibility and better decisions over time.

Däckverket’s primary focus is the Swedish market, where we see significant remaining potential. At the same time, the way the group is being built naturally attracts interest beyond Sweden.
