Henry Jun Mao

Henry Jun Mao, CPA, currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Dada Nexus Limited since December 2023. Previously, they held the position of Senior Director and Head of Investor Relations at JD Logistics, Inc., and were the Director of Budgeting and Forecast at JD.com, Inc. With over a decade of experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Henry specialized in assurance and advisory services for technology companies in the U.S. and China, including a significant role in PwC's Silicon Valley office. Henry holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Beijing Language and Culture University and is a member of both the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Certified Public Accountants in the United States.
