Nicolas Bräutigam has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries.
Nicolas is currently the Head of People & Culture at Daedalus, where they oversee Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Organizational Development, People Experience, and Office Management. Nicolas is dedicated to creating a positive work environment and helping employees reach their full potential.
Before joining Daedalus, Nicolas worked as an On Ambassador from March 2021 to February 2023.
Prior to that, they held various roles at Volocopter GmbH, including Talent Acquisition Lead from June 2022 to January 2023, Team Lead Talent Acquisition from April 2021 to June 2022, and Talent Acquisition Manager from July 2019 to April 2021. Nicolas successfully developed and implemented global TA strategies, achieved significant headcount growth, and managed recruiting processes and tools.

Nicolas started their career as a Recruiting Consultant at Amadeus FiRe AG – Zeitarbeit, Personalvermittlung, Interim Management in August 2017.
In the earlier stages of their career, Nicolas worked in the HR Department at Gameforge as a Masterand from March 2017 to July 2017 and as a Working Student from November 2014 to March 2017.
Nicolas also has experience in the tourism industry, having worked as a Destination Manager at JAM! Reisen from April 2013 to September 2015 and as a Tour Guide from April 2012 to April 2013.
Nicolas' work experience also includes a role as a Finanzassistent at Volksbank Bruhrain Kraich Hardt eG from September 2008 to October 2011 and as a Projektleiter at hi-works Webdesign & eSport from May 2004 to April 2008.

Nicolas Bräutigam completed their education in a chronological manner. Nicolas first attended Friedrich-List-Schule Karlsruhe from 2008 to 2010, where they pursued a degree in Bankkaufmann mit Zusatzqualifikation Finanzassistent.
