Ad V. possesses extensive experience in the automotive industry, with a career spanning over two decades at DAF Trucks since January 2001. Initially serving as a Specification Engineer, responsibilities included maintaining truck specifications and validating special requests. Ad V. subsequently advanced to the role of Manager TOPEC, focusing on sales engineering tool development, where business goals were set, risks assessed, and resources managed. The current position as Project Manager Marketing & Sales involves initiating new sales and engineering developments while overseeing project progression. Prior experiences include roles at Torfveld Project, Van Hooft Bedrijfswagens, and TNO Automotive, complemented by an MBM in Business to Business Marketing from TiasNimbas Business School and an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Technische Universiteit Delft.
