Priya started their career in corporate communications, first as a Corporate Communications Manager at Shiv-Vani Oil & Gas Exploration Services Ltd., where they focused on brand positioning, media relations, and internal communications. Priya then worked as a Corporate Communications Executive at COWI India (P) Ltd., where they were responsible for brand awareness and quality control.

Priya Mudgal has an extensive education history spanning various disciplines. In 1990-1999, they attended The Air Force School in Delhi, India, where they focused on Geography. Following this, from 1999-2001, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Geography at Delhi University. Subsequently, from 2003-2005, Priya obtained a Master's degree in Geography from Kurukshetra University. In 2006-2007, they attended the Mudra Institute Of Communications (MICA) and completed a Post Graduate Executive Development Programme in Media Management. Later, in 2012, Priya studied at Sotheby's Institute of Art and gained expertise in Techniques of the Art Writer.
