Tom Lynch

Tom Lynch has extensive experience in explosive ordinance disposal and counter-improvised explosive device (C-IED) operations. Currently serving as a C-IED Capabilities Specialist at DAGER Technology, LLC since July 2016, Tom has contributed to advancing technologies and strategies in this critical field. Additionally, since March 2000, Tom has held the position of Explosive/IED Section Chairman for the National Tactical Officers Association, providing leadership and expertise. Prior experience includes a role as a Program Analyst at Tier Tech International, Inc. from January 2008 to July 2016, and a long tenure with the Philadelphia Police Department from January 1988 to January 2008 as a Police Officer and Bomb Technician.
