Adina Bernstein

Adina Bernstein is the current Principal at Daggerwing Group. Adina has over 10 years of experience in leadership development and talent management. Adina has a proven track record in designing and administering assessment tools, training coaches, and developing new leader coaching skills programs. Prior to their current role, Adina was a VP, Managing Consultant at Ketchum from May 2013 to December 2016. In this role, they managed the coaching process for 100+ active engagements, trained coaches on systems and processes, and liaised with sales teams, clients, and coaches to ensure successful coaching engagements. Adina also worked as a Consultant, Talent Management at Right Management from May 2007 to April 2013 where they worked with clients to develop talent management solutions aligned with business objectives. Her consulting engagements included individual and organizational assessment, leadership development, communication planning and change management initiatives, all designed to build and sustain high performance cultures that deliver against business objectives. Before their career in consulting, Adina worked as a Customer Service Representative at Magnetics, Inc from August 2005 to April 2007.
