Andy Rugeroni

Andy Rugeroni is the current Principal at Daggerwing Group, a position they have held since January 2017.

Previously, they were the Director for the EMEA region at Ketchum Change from August 2013 to January 2017, leading organisation transformation, culture change and employee engagement programmes for their clients.

From June 2009 to July 2013, they worked as Senior Account Director at Serac Limited, designing, managing and delivering business transformation, change and communication projects for their clients.

Andy also worked as a Consultant at Ketchum Pleon Change from October 2007 to April 2009, providing employee engagement, internal communications, change management and internal branding consulting services.

Prior to that, they were a Consultant at Accenture from September 2002 to September 2007 where they provided human performance consulting services including internal communications, change management and organisation design.

Andy Rugeroni completed a BA in Theirpanic Studies at the University of Birmingham and then studied abroad on the ERASMUS program at Universidad de Granada in Spain. Andy later attended Stonyhurst College.

Their manager is Ewan Main, CEO. Andy Rugeroni works with Malek El Refaie - Principal, Luke Hall - CFO, and Kieran Colville - Principal.
