Imogen Yates

Imogen is an Associate Principal with Daggerwing Group based in New York. She is passionate about bringing employees on board to drive successful organizational change and using practical and human-centered strategies to do so. She has experience creating employee engagement, internal communications and change management deliverables for clients such as Novartis, Wendy’s, Johnson & Johnson, P&G, Takeda Pharmaceuticals, and Cox Communications.​

Imogen earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Human & Organizational Development with a focus on Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness as well as Corporate Strategy from Vanderbilt University.
