Izzy Mayers-Head

Izzy Mayers-Head is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in organizational psychology and employee engagement. Currently serving as a Managing Consultant at Daggerwing Group since October 2016, Izzy has progressed through various roles, including Senior Consultant, Consultant, and Associate Consultant. Prior experience includes working as a Business Psychologist at ETS plc, where Izzy specialized in designing and delivering customized employee engagement and 360 feedback solutions, and as an Associate at Assessment & Development Consultants Ltd, responsible for administering testing and ensuring operational quality.
