Janaya Thomas

Janaya Thomas is a Senior Consultant at Daggerwing Group, a renowned global change consultancy, since October 2018. Focused on change management, Daggerwing Group aids Fortune 500 companies in tackling the complexities of change by prioritizing the human element. In addition to this role, Janaya is a Co-Founder of SEED, an organization dedicated to empowering young women by addressing mental, social, and physical barriers in their formative years. Janaya’s previous experience includes roles at Toyota North America as a Consultant in Customer Engagement and Marketing, and at Holt Renfrew as a Concierge and Internal Communications Lead. Janaya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University, as well as credentials in Media & Communications and Public Relations from Seneca Polytechnic and BrainStation, respectively.
