Michaela Flander is a seasoned digital planning professional currently serving as a Senior Digital Planner at Dagmar since April 2022, specializing in data-driven growth strategies for large brands. Michaela co-founded Stockfors Coffee Roasters in March 2022 and previously held roles as a Paid Media Consultant & Culture Ambassador at Nordic Morning and Senior Growth Lead at VitaFlow, where impactful results were achieved for healthcare and life science projects. With extensive experience in agile performance marketing as a Growth Manager at Tulos Helsinki Oy and a history as a growth hacker at Tulos Ventures, Michaela has a strong background in supporting startups and scale-ups.
