Benjamin Pankow

Benjamin Pankow is a Software Engineer at Dagster Labs, contributing to the platform team since August 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for Engineering Ethics and Software Design Studio, as well as a Course Assistant for Algorithms and a Research Assistant in Combinatorics at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where Benjamin obtained a Master of Computer Science and Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science. Previous internships include roles at Plaid, where chaos testing on Kubernetes clusters was conducted, Quora, focused on internationalization feature flagging systems, and Facebook, developing tooling for memory leak analysis on the Core Health Android Team. Benjamin completed secondary education at Eagan High School.
