Raphaël CHABRIER

Raphaël Chabrier is the Directeur des Politiques Sociales at Daher, where they define and lead social relations and develop QVCT and health policies to support business needs. With prior experience as DRH in various companies, including Rhodia Silicones and Zodiac Aerospace, Raphaël has a strong background in human resources within industrial groups. Their role focuses on aligning social policies with the unique challenges of international operations, ensuring effective management of activities across different regions. Raphaël has also held significant roles at AREVA, contributing to the establishment of HR functions at multiple sites.
