Fred Kato

Fred Kato is an experienced Human Resources professional with a comprehensive background in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at DAI since January 2024, Fred has previously held positions such as National People & Culture Manager at World Vision, Human Resource & Administration Manager at IntraHealth International, and Human Resource and Training Coordinator at Action Africa Help International. Fred's expertise encompasses employee relations, payroll management, recruitment and selection, performance management, and training and development. Fred holds a Master of Business Administration in Management from Uganda Martyrs University and a degree in Human Resources Management from Makerere University.
