Hoa Do has a strong background in international relations and project management, holding a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in the same field from the University of Denver. Currently serving as an Associate Officer for USG Contracts and Grants at DAI since January 2022, Hoa has prior experience as a Project Manager and Project Associate at Chemonics International from August 2016 to January 2022. Additionally, Hoa has worked as a Program Associate and Office Manager at SNV USA from January 2015 to July 2016, and gained early experience as an Academic Exchange Team Intern at World Learning between September 2013 and December 2014.
