Judy Odongo

Judy Odongo is a MEL and project management expert with over 18 years of experience in designing and implementing market systems development projects and related MEL systems. Currently serving as the Senior CLA Director at DAI for the USAID Governance for Solutions Activity, Judy has a strong background in managing MEL systems for multi-donor agencies, including FCDO and USAID. Previously, they held key roles at RTI International and the Gatsby Charitable Foundation, where they developed standardized results measurement systems based on DCED standards. Judy earned a Master's in Social Statistics from the University of Nairobi and has a solid record of mentoring teams and facilitating collaboration among stakeholders.
