Ludmil Kovachev

Ludmil Kovachev is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in education and management. Currently serving as the Executive Director at ITPIO since April 2010, Ludmil also holds the position of Team Leader for the "Technical Assistance for VET Education in BiH" project at DAI since October 2023. Previously, as Director at the Bulgarian National LLP (Erasmus+) Agency from October 2003 to September 2009, Ludmil demonstrated strong leadership skills. Additionally, Ludmil leads the project "Increasing Attractiveness, Inclusiveness and Relevance of VET & Adult Education" at WEglobal, a role held since March 2022, succeeding past leadership as Chairman of the Governing Board at the National Management School from April 1992 to October 2003. Ludmil Kovachev holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and Affairs from UNWE, earned between 1987 and 1992.
